After graduating from the Business Administration Faculty of Anadolu University, Şafak Doğdu has started his job career as Administrative Affairs and Personnel Officer in ITT Schaub Lorenz A.Ş. in 1988.

Thereafter, he has worked as Tiffany Tomato Personnel and Administrative Affairs Supervison in 1989, and as Personnel Supervisor in Aknet A.Ş. of Sabancı Holding in 1990.

During 1996 and 2000 years, he has served as Marketing Manager in Glengo Tekstil Ticaret, and has then been transferred to Garanti Ödeme Sistemleri A.Ş.

After starting his career in Garanti Ödeme Sistemleri A.Ş. as Human Resources and Administrative Affairs Supervisor in 2000, beside his primary job duties relating to Human Resources and Administrative Affairs, he has assumed many strategic duties in management of Internal Audit, Purchasing, Card Operations and Card Sales Teams.

Şafak Doğdu is currently working as Assistant General Manager in charge of Human Resources and Support Service in Garanti Ödeme Sistemleri A.Ş.
